Uuugh I got stuck behind some idiot yesterday, going 15 under in the left lane. I don’t know how long he had his blinker on, but I was in the right lane, and once I caught up I decided to give him an opening by merging behind him. I wanted him to take my spot while I used the left lane to pass.
He declined this opportunity and many others. I sat behind him for about a mile before dropping it into second and roaring past on the right.

I’m not proud of it, but...
After passing him, I merged back to the left in front of him and gently slowed to a stop before launching again. But he still stayed in the left lane with his right blinker on for another mile. I could see more cars passing him on the right as I kept an eye on my mirrors.
He stayed in the right lane for almost a mile before merging left again and sitting there for another two miles (until the left lane ended, requiring another merge to the right). At least he finally appeared to have gotten up to the speed limit this time.
